Insurance Marketplace Navigators

Our team has the experience and training needed to help navigate you through the process of applying for medical insurance through the state exchange. Please call any of our clinic locations to schedule an appointment. Our MNSURE Navigators are ready to help you today.

MNsure is our state's marketplace, as mandated by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Otherwise known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Obamacare, the act was signed into law on March 23, 2010. This law is designed to modernize the American Health Care System by making it easier for all Americans to obtain medical insurance coverage while protecting existing policy holders. This marketplace enables private individuals and small businesses to purchase health insurance at federally subsidized rates.

MNSure Qualifications

If your income is at or below a certain percentage of the Federal Poverty Guidelines you may be eligible for health insurance benefits at any time during the calendar year. Visit MNSure.org™ for more information.

Immunization Program

Our Hibbing Clinic offers immunizations for uninsured adults and children. Our immunization clinic is held on the first Monday of each month. Staying current on your immunizations is vital for preventing common illnesses, and is required in many instances for children.

Please call for an appointment at (218) 231-1636.
